We understand how big a step this can be for some but we can't do anything unless you reach out!
We recommend you book a face to face meeting on site so we can familiarise you with the gym and talk about your goals in more depth.
After meeting with us we will be able to book in your assessment. It's not strenuous at all and involves mobility testing, a health questionnaire, goal setting & feedback of the results to you.

The assessment is done and you can now be provided with lifestyle guidance and your training program.

Our ProcessStep 2 | Start Training

An individualised program is now provided and we will take you through how to interpret & complete each session.
Training Support
Your assigned coach will be offering guidance on exercise technique alongside the Winning Strength Online membership where technique videos can be found. Member technique sessions are also available.
Biohacking Room
Biohacking is simply a buzz word for our recovery options. Within your membership you will be able to utilise our infrared sauna, red light therapy & frequency specific microcurrent.

Step 1Retesting
We retest the key indicators that we identified as important to your goals. This could include strength, power, bodyfat levels, mobility and so on.
Step 2Goal Re-evaluation
This isn’t about changing your goals. It’s about resetting expectations. You may be further ahead on some, or slightly behind on others. This is perfectly normal!
